Your Interview

Interviews are a skill. This skill can be learnt, improved and developed.

We offer skype based interview skills development where we spend 90mins practising, feeding back and developing your interview technique.  This is different to many other interview development courses as we help you interview the recruiter also. It is critical that you are engaging with the process and are not a passive participant in it – this is where you ensure it is the job for you OR if this is a stepping stone role you fully understand what you are entering into. We move into roles for many different reasons; you must ensure your needs meet the businesses and vice versa; we help you do that.

This is a bespoke session, tailored to you and based on your CV, the role and the organisation you are applying for. The sessions can be done outside of business hours. We offer sessions during the working day but also from 5am until 10.30pm (UK hours).
