Interview Preparation Report

Some of the more “memorable” interviews we have been involved in have unfortunately been when candidates are asked about the business they are applying to and they clearly haven’t done their research. This has resulted in instant disqualification, interviews being cut short and not one of them have secured a position with the organisation they were applying to. Imagine this is you – you have found a near-perfect job but you don’t have a current understanding of the business or maybe even the industry. You’ve just lost this job and you’ll probably find it difficult to re-apply for at least a year (many companies track applicants for significant amounts of time post-interview).  We know this can be a time-heavy chore but it is essential; so why not let Pallot Cook Consulting take the brunt of this for you?

We provide a condensed report covering a current snapshot of the business or if the business is not public this report will be of the industry. We also use our large networks to provide further detail, where possible. Include the summary of the role you are applying for and this research will be tailored to both your area and the business.

On top of this we will provide some suggested areas of questioning for you to pick up with the interviewers that are both business-, industry- and to some extent role-specific. We make you look exceptionally knowledgeable and save you a significant amount of time, which when you are already working, have external commitments, etc. can be crucial.
