Jess Pallot-Cook is a highly experienced, senior HR professional who has mentored at all levels of organisations.
She works on either an ad hoc basis or as an on-going relationship.

Ad Hoc basis

You have a challenge in work and you want an external, HR expert to work through it with you.   This could be a promotion, managing your team, having a challenging conversation with a line manager, peer or team member. It could be preparation for a presentation with your bosses’ boss. It can be anything that is a one-off where having an independent advisor will enable you to focus, identify the key issues / approaches and work through the best approach for you. 

On-Going Relationship

We provide an on-going confidante relationship becoming a sounding board by key clients as they progress through their career. We are happy to support individuals at the start of their career through to Senior Management. Our mentors have a regular interaction with their mentor that:

• looks back at recent events and enables the individual to reflect on their behaviours and choices ensuring when similar events re-occur they are able to approach it in the best way for them.
• address current underlying challenges in their working day.
